Fleas and Worming

Cat Sharing
Cats sharing runs will be monitored to ensure that they continue to cohabit harmoniously. If cats are becoming stressed in a shared situation, we will assess whether moving a cat to a separate run would be beneficial and if necessary, separate the cats into individual runs. Customers will be notified and will also be responsible for any additional costs accrued as a result of this. We accept no liability for any injury resulting from contact between cats from the same household who are sharing accommodation. Only cats from the same household are permitted to share a run. Written consent is required for cats that are sharing.

Should we be unable to get in touch with you, we will contact your veterinary practice, or where our concerns are significant enough that we feel the cat requires immediate attention we will seek medical advice and care from your veterinary practice without your consent. If your veterinary practice is unable to provide care at the given time, we will contact our own veterinary practice.
